Presently, Scott serves as an educator in culinary arts at Houston Community College, where he imparts his wealth of knowledge to aspiring culinary professionals. In April 2011, Craig embraced a significant opportunity to contribute to the establishment and management of our family business. Concurrently maintaining a full-time position as a veterinary technician at a prominent local animal hospital, Craig immersed himself in the industry, gaining comprehensive insights from the ground level. His dedication extended beyond routine responsibilities, encompassing customer service one night a week and utilizing technical and repair expertise to optimize operational efficiency. With a robust 15-year tenure in the veterinary field, Craig made the commendable decision to transition into the role of a full-time manager at our original location. His professional journey has been characterized by continuous growth, fostering meaningful relationships with community industry leaders. Craig looks forward with enthusiasm to achieving further developmental milestones and shared successes within the business alongside family members. His unwavering commitment and multifaceted expertise underscore his pivotal role in the success and evolution of our family enterprise.

Craig brings a wealth of experience to the veterinary field, boasting 16 years as a CVA III. He has been an integral part of Scotty's for 13 years, contributing significantly to the establishment's vibrant atmosphere and customer satisfaction. In addition to his professional commitments, Craig has dedicated three years to volunteering with drums at Grace, showcasing his passion for music and community service. Beyond his veterinary and managerial accomplishments, Craig is a seasoned bartender with a decade of experience at Scotty's, where he excels in customer service and contributes to the establishment's overall success. Outside of his professional roles, Craig has pursued woodworking as a creative outlet. With an impressive 22 years of drumming experience, Craig brings a harmonious blend of skills and dedication to every facet of his professional and personal endeavors.
